It is important that sick children stay at home. Children need special care when they are ill. Care that we are unable to provide when they are sick. In the event of a contagious disease, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can inform the other parents or guardians.

To aid us in controlling infections, please keep your child home if he or she experiences the following:

• Fever of 101°F or higher
• Vomiting within the past 24 hours
• Diarrhea in the past 24 hours
• A rash that can’t be explained
• Eye dischard or pink eye
• Lice or nits
• Contagious infection (I.E. Chicken pox) that has been diagnosed or is suspected
• Major cold with runny nose, sneezing and coughing
• Anytime your child needs one on one care
